Avocado and artichoke stuffed chicken

I cooked the chicken longer then what was called for; pretty good taste, both kids ate it, and they are not fans of avocado. The MACROS are pretty good also. Enjoy!

  And I was just thinking "crap all my avocados ripened at the same time I should look and see what I could do with them."
