I have had this app for quite sometime now, I would log when it was convenient. It wasn't until recently on a family trip while looking at pictures I realized how awful I looked. A year ago I weight 157 pounds, today I weight myself for the first time since having this app and now weigh 177 pounds. I feel so disgusted that I allowed myself the gain all this weight. Tonight I told myself I can do this. Starting tomorrow I am going on a life changing style. I will begin with eating healthier and exercising regularly like how I use to. NO EXCUSES. I will be blogging everyday to let everyone know how I am doing and will do a weight check weekly. I am going to take it on a day to day basis. Wish me luck, Lord knows I will need it. Any and All advise is welcome. Thanks everyone.
By the way, the picture showing in my profile is one of the pictures taken on my family vacation. I look gross. This is my motivation to becoming healthy again.

Log everything you put in your mouth, drink plenty of water, and get some king of activity that gets your heart rate up 30-60 minutes a day...also have realistic expectations...20 pounds isn't going to come off in a healthy way in a month.
Good luck to you...you can do it!0
