Hi, I'm just a scrawny girl from SoCal who has a lot of heart and a lot of fat hanging all over her body.
I am a notorious binge eater and have used this site to aid my eating disorder in the past, but after my immune system compromised itself, I am now appreciating life. For once, I actually want to begin living a healthier lifestyle where I eat well and my skin glows and my hair is full. A year ago, I lost a lot of hair from my scalp and sported a little combover to hide the very apparent bald spot on the top of my head. I am 21 and a hairy beast, so that was alarming. No one should ever look like Donald Trump.

    If I may......NEVER feel as though you can't be yourself in your own home. I do not understand your situation because I am not you but I will say I will be a sounding board if I can. I guess the next step is forward, little bit by little bit. I have started on a journey to loose 50 pounds tonight myself so we each have our wars but try winning the war one battle at a time
