Why is ut happening? Is it normal? What shoukd I do to restart my track?

20kg is a lot to lose in that time isn't it? Maybe your body just needs to catch up with its loss. A Dr drew me a graph that looked like a crazy stock market where the end point was lower than the starting point but had crazy spikes in between. Apparently that is how weightloss happens. A good dip, then even out, then another few dips, then suddenly a small spike before it starts going down again. Most people get discouraged when the spike happens and another diet falls by the wayside as "not working". As long as the spike isn't higher than the previous lot of dips, you are on the right track and as long as you persevere your body adjusts and begins losing again. I've lost 1/2 kg per week for the past year and my loss chart looks pretty much like the graph he gave me! It sounds like you're doing great - just keep going :)

    Have you renewed your goals?

As you lose weight, your energy needs will reduce so whilst you are 5-20 calories "below" .... does that represent 5-20 below a new target ... or against your previous target?

It might be that you are no longer at a deficit ?

Congratulations on the 20kg loss though .... fantastic achievement !!!

Weight fluctuations happen and are influenced by the type of foods you eat, your stress, and how much rest you get. How many calories/day are you eating? Also, what are your maco ratios? How are you exercising?
