I find weight loss so very hard. I'm joining Slimming World tomorrow on a "12 weeks free" scheme and I really really need support :-(

    Feel free to add me.... lost just about 40lbs since New Year and would love to lose the same again by the end of the year. I'm on here everyday but always happy to have more people to chat to and interact with on here :-)

    I'm losing weight by calorie counting and doing lots more exercise - been inspired by getting a fitbit for New Year!
