Need Motivation!

Hi All, I'm new to this and just downloaded the App. Over the past 4 years I have gained a lot of weight due to taking anti depressants and living an unhealthy lifestyle in general. I can't bring myself to exercise, and even on weeks where I eat the bare minimum I don't lose anything. Would appreciate any help or support!

    just start forcing yourself to exercise, a little bit at a time. over 3 or 4 weeks it will become a habit. don't give up, if I can do it so can you.
