GNC LEAN SHAKES

I just started GNC Lean shakes - 2 shakes a day "diet" plan (this is day 3) and I have been waking up very dizzy/light headed and nauseous. Is that something that's normal starting out because my daily eating changed so drastically? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks for any help/advice. I just want to see if this will eventually go away or if I should be giving up the shakes.

what else are you eating?0

So yesterday for example I had some mixed nuts during the day (almonds, cashews) as kind of snack. And dinner was a green salad and chicken.0

It could be a number of things, including not eating enough calories to having an intolerant reaction to one of the ingredients. Maybe have another 100-200 calorie snack before bed and see if that helps.0

judging by that you are eating far too little. those lean shakes only come out to about 150 cals each, and i would be surprised if the chicken salad and nuts added more than a few hundred calories.
i advise you to start tracking everything you eat, not only to make sure that you are eating little enough to lose weight, but also eating enough to not cause yourself this light-headed feeling and nausea. under eating is a serious thing0 -
Maybe you're eating too little? I started to drink GNC Lean Shakes recently and I don't feel any different (besides with a lot more energy), I did replaced my breakast with one shake. Maybe you could try with one, or a half?0

I love the GNC Lean Shakes - they are delicious. I get the ones with 25 grams of protein. On days where I just have a shake or two and a lite 3rd meal it can be tough as far as hunger pains but that is the price I need to pay. Sometimes will snack on pistachios or a protein bar to help.
My first few days on the diet I would get terrible headaches but I attributed that to no caffeine and/or carb/sugar reduction.0
