Back after a 3 year hiatus and damn near 100 extra pounds from when i quit working out...

I booked a trip to Jamaica for next june and my goal is to drop as much weight as I can before then.

I've got to start logging and start working out again.

Yesterday was my first day back to the gym in a long time. managed to do 30 minutes of elliptical and a little bit of weights...

heeeeeeeeeeeeeeere we go!

  • in 2011 i went from 320 lbs to around 260 pounds then got comfortable where i was and quit working out, quit eating right and now i find myself 3 years later and 100 lbs heavier. I don't even know what i weight right now honestly. i know its over 360lbs. Its disgusting that i let myself get this far. Now i need to pick myself up, dust myself off and start again.
