I never thought I would post to this board...

I feel a little odd sharing this post but I am so excited by the change in my body. I have lost 52 lbs since August 2013. Along with health issues I just wasn't happy with myself and decided I needed a change. Through a major diet change and exercise I am now 22 lbs from my goal. I never thought I would be SO CLOSE! When you start off telling yourself that you need to lose 75 lbs it seems like such a daunting task. I have learned to not expect instant gratification, its ok to indulge on occasion (just not everyday like I did before), and that if I do stumble to just get right back up and move on. I am at somewhat of a stale mate at the moment and struggling to get below the 190's. Hopefully by next month I will be able to say I am in the 180's! I have been somewhat of a recluse on this site but would love some friends for motivation. Please feel free to add me. Start: 245 - 250 Goal: 170 Current: 192. I don't have many full body pics because I would delete them ASAP. Here is what I could find to help show the change

Congrats!! You look great! I can relate to deleting all before pics! I've lost 20lbs so far. Can't wait until I've lost 52! You look a lot thinner than 192. Keep up the good work!0

You will def get to that goal! When I was at a 20 lb loss I was over the moon and clothes felt different. I should have mentioned that I am a little over 5"10 so that might explain why the weight looks different on me.

Bravo - you are looking awesome!!! I have a similar goal weight (170lbs) and like you am struggling to get into the 180s. I've been hovering at 190 for a couple of weeks, and just earlier this week broke into 189.7 - hoping that I'm below 190 for good this time!0
