Searching for Matcha

I used to live in Japan and still have several friends there, also on a fitness/weightloss journey. Recently a couple of them started showing me articles and studies about how great matcha is for your health and longevity. Sadly I didn't retain a lot of my Japanese reading ability, so though I've searched online, I have to rely on English only sites to try to find it. I've only ever had ceremonial matcha before, which is like 30 bucks for a single ounce. I was never fond of the taste anyway, but I'm worried that the lower grade stuff isn't truly matcha and won't have the same health benefits. Does anyone know of some affordable matcha that is of good quality?
