Short article and a video at the link.
Summary: A man in Las Vegas is eating milk bones and organic canned dog food, and has lost 7 pounds in 3 days.
Can we say Yuck!? Why would someone do this when there are so many healthy, delicious foods out there? This quote here, from the article, makes me so sad:
“Anybody who’s choosing the new lifestyle, we have to suffer. There’s no other way around...I think the dog food that I’m eating right now is more healthy than what I’ve done in a year."
There is no need to "suffer" if you're feeding your body plenty of lean protein, fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, dairy, legumes, nuts/seeds and minimal processed food... The occasional treat won't hurt your weight loss, either. I don't feel deprived or like I'm suffering at all!

My mom used to give my sister and I milk bones and tell us they were cookies. We never got sick and I still like the taste, even after I found out what they really were.
Though I won't touch dog food, especially not wet dog food0 -
People in Vegas are crazy! I should know I live really close to it and have to drive in there on occasion. LOL> That's where I get my dog food. LOL0

Not everything that is organic is good for you. That definitely applies to dog food. (Although I did eat Milk Bones when I was a kid.)0
