to exercise or not

do you find you lose more weight when you just consume your alloted calories and don't exercise or when you consume your net cals and exercise?

    The benefits of exercise go beyond the weight lose. You will look better, your skin will spring back faster and your shape will be more defined if you exercise during weight loss. Also, exercise can decrease appetite if done moderately and consistently, as well as allow you to eat more each day. I lost a bit early on without exercising, but then I really felt the need to do more, so I definitely recommend exercise.
  • I have found I have to get up and exercise in order to lose. If I don't move, I don't lose.....

    Beyond that, it will help you lose weight and keep the weight off by increasing your muscles which in turn increases your BMR.
