Two weeks isn't long in the big picture, if you are able to exercise again after that you'll be fine! I see people around here saying that diet is for weight loss and exercise is for fitness. If you eat at a healthy deficit you can theoretically lose weight with zero exercise. I lost my first 10 kg a couple of years ago without exercising, but I work out like a beast now because it feels great and I get to eat more! But yeah you should be fine, just eat at the deficit MFP set for you to lose weight and just don't eat those extra calories you would have earned by exercising :)

You've got this. Tighten up that nutrition and you'll be just fine. You can still make progress with your diet, even if you're out of commission for a couple of weeks. Have a rock solid support system that can hold you accountable. I help to run support groups through Facebook. We have lots of people in there that are improving themselves and helping everyone else to stay accountable. We teach about proper nutrition and how to exercise. I'd be happy to chat with you about it if that is something that you're looking for.

You will be fine! Your body won't need as much food if you aren't running, so it should be easier to eat a bit less. And you will come back stronger IF you rest properly. :)
