Hi Guys

I am a 40plus female in Oz with 40ish kg to lose. Have lost 5 already in a month. This site helps for sure.. tracking my food has been an eye opener! Am lacking a bit of motivation today though.. feeling hungry and craving something sweet.. :(

Anyway just wanted to say hi..
