Egg, Shroom, & Spinach Omelet

This is an awesome healthy start to your morning. Protein and Veggies Baby!
Ingredients:
Cooking oil spray
5 Egg Whites – 80 cal. / .05 fat
1 Cup sliced Mushrooms – 15 cal. / 0 fat
1 Cup fresh Spinach – 10 cal. / 0 fat
2 T. Pineapple Salsa – 20 cal. / 0 fat
Total: Calories = 125 / Fat = .05
Instructions:
Easy to make: Place pan on med low heat, spray pan, put egg whites into pan, throw shrooms and spinach on top of eggs, place lid on & let cook for 5 mins. Serve with pineapple salsa! YUMMY!
