Feeling sick after a workout

Does anyone else feel sick after a workout? I feel great until about 30 minutes later, then I feel like I'm going to throw up or pass out. Even if I eat after working out, this happens and lasts for 30 minutes or so. I'm only 38 and only 20 lbs over my "healthy weight". What gives??

Low blood sugar maybe?
Try eating a little fruit or drink some juice after a workout and see if it helps?0 -
Do you eat before you workout? I start to feel sick if I don't eat like 30 minutes before my workout. I usually grab oatmeal or banana and that seems to help.0

Not enough information to be able to give you a good answer. Could be heat related, low glucose levels, dehydration, possible heart related, or just a case of doing too much too soon.
Make sure you are drinking enough water daily and are eating before your workout to help stabilize your sugar levels.0 -
I've thrown up during a workout, it was awesome. And the last time I ate at 5:30 am for a 6 am workout. Now I eat afterwards0

I would think nausea after a workout would be blood sugar related or hydrated related most likely.0
