do i look fat? :/

hi im male 18 years old and i am 5'10 (178cm) i used to weight in 194 pounds/lbs (88kg) but now i curntly weight in
167 pounds/lbs (76) im aming to be 65-70kg this is how i look

i dont lift weight i just do cardio which is on treadmill for a full hour at 6km speed of walking 50 minutes and 10 minutes of jogging at 9km and i dont stop to rest until im done with in hour
and i pretty much eat healthy
so do i look fat if so what should i do what kind of exercise do you recommend?

You should look into a strength training routine like strong lifts or starting strength.0 -

Start lifting weights and you will change your body in a way that running on a treadmill cannot.0 -
