Working on week 4 of induction phase. I've lost 14 lbs, but have a really long way to go. I do not care to hear anyones negitive opinion about this diet!
I have done it before and it works great, I had twins one year ago and gained over 100 lbs, so I am back on the diet trying to lose that weight.
I am just now feeling good enough to work out. It takes some time after starting the diet in order to be able to have the energy. I feel pretty good now and I am ready to start hitting the gym 5 times a week.
