I'm getting away from logging food on here lately and i think its to the point now after 6 months i know what i have to eat to maintain and still drop lbs, im below my 30year weight of 200lbs high school 1984. im at 193.5 now was 260 4 years ago, my goal is around 180. I find with the cardio i do and alternating days of free weights my metaboliism has changed drastically and the food i ate before that put on the pounds now doesnt affect me, anyone else's thoughts on this would be appreicated.

It's good that you have a much better understanding of your calorie intake and how your body reacts to certain foods and combinations. If you feel that you can sustain your goals without MFP or tracking then go for it. It'll be a NSV for you later. I would continue to weigh yourself regularly so that you can keep an eye on your trends and adjust accordingly.0
