How fast and how long??

How fast did you lose weight and how long have you kept it off?

    I've been at it seriously for about 14 months (even though I signed up in 2011 or somethiing) and have lost the 76 pounds shown in my ticker in that time. I am unsure how to answer "how long have you kept it off" since I'm not at my goal yet.

    I started January 6th 2013...I signed up here June 17th 2013...ticker below reflects my weight loss since January...net weight loss as I gained a bit over holidays and over vacation.

    I hit maitenance about 2 weeks ago and just now reverse dieting up to my maitenance calories...

    How long will I last...the plan is forever.

    I lost the weight I wanted to lose in about 5 weeks. I kept losing; however, and now i'm hoping to add about 10-12 pounds of muscle. I've been on mfp for 300+ days, but my diet isn't as strict anymore.

    I've lost 53 lbs. Started on June 20th 2013. Finished weight loss in February of this year. Immediately transitioned to bulking. Have been holding steady around the same 2-3 lbs though for 4 months. Planning bulking and cutting cycles to forever improve in lifting for forevers! Finally have a passion that keeps me focused :D

    I started Jan. 2013. By August I had lost 39lbs and hit my goal. I maintained for several months but gained 6lbs over the winter by being very sedentary and lazy tracking. Back here to lose those last pesky 4lbs till maintenance again.

    I started losing weight April 1st at 164 lbs, now I'm 130 as of yesterday. Sooo... 34 lbs in 10 weeks! :)

    10 months : 110 pounds

    I started dieting February 12 of this year, and slowly decreased my calorie intake over time, then added in some exercise. I was 305 back in February, and now I am about 267ish. I'm still looking to drop another 100 lbs or so, and I hope I can get it off and keep it off!

    I started at 236 in Jan 2014; I am currently 206 with a goal of getting below 150. It looks like it is going to take me a bit longer than some ;).

    I started in Dec 2012, lost the first 40 in about 6 mos and it's taken a year to lose the second 40. I'm easing into maintenance right now, hopefully forever :)

    Started June 2013 at almost 270. I have lost 74 lbs. Profile pic is my before and "during", as I wnt to lose another 30 or so.
