This is SOOOO good, and very satisfying and filling post workout. I also have an English muffin with my, but I do make it into 6 servings vs. 4. Incredibly low calorie but nice amount of protein and it tastes delicious:

so. freakin'. good. I've made it twice since I found it a little over a week ago. Reheats wonderfully. I cook it without the oil--I use water instead. It's 147 calories/8 grams of fat for 1/6 of the polenta, plus the kale and tomato salad. I just cook a single turkey sausage on the side, put it on an English muffin, then put my egg (poached or over easy) on top. Whole thing clocks in at 387 calories, 18 grams of fat, and 24 grams of protein. It will fill me up for 6 hours at least, in the most delicious way possible!0
