I like listening to Audio books while walking

I listen to audio books in double speed while walking I am up to between 4 to 8 miles per day now. Loving it

    Thats such a good idea!! I always listen to music but get bored of the same fast tracks. I'm going to give this a try :flowerforyou:

    I do that, too. If you have a Kindle, you can also set it to read nearly any book aloud, though it's a machine voice. But it's a lot cheaper than buying audio books and easier than finding them in the library (to me). You can pick a reading speed and a male or female voice.

    I also do this, because I get bored of listening to music. I borrow mine from the library and just signed up for their audio ebook service (also free) so that I don't need to burn a bunch of CDs to listen to them on my phone. :) Excellent idea! I find that thrillers are the most helpful genre for me, and I only listen to the story when I'm working out-- that way there's a little reward in there, too. :)
