These Stupid 10lbs!

Hi,

I'm new to this site. I've been trying to lose 10lbs since 2009! I recently started going to the gym in November and I've increased from 3 days per week to 5. I just want to be fit, healthy and sexy.

  • I've heard that the last 10 pounds are the hardest. But I also hear that it helps if you trick yourself mentally. Tell yourself you want to lose 20, convince yourself of it! Then when you lose 10, just stop. Sometimes it is the idea of almost being done that makes it hard to keep the same intensity and hard for your body to stay on board with it.
  • try cutting out added sugars in your diet and see if that shifts it?

    shake up your diet in one way or another and give your body a kick. ha.
