So I joined My Fitness Pal to loose Wight. My Goals:
. Loose approximately KG (About 40 LB)
. Get back into my old clothes (They cost me a lot and a new wardrobe will cost me more)
. Feel confident again
. Start bulking for next year summer 2015 and loose an additional 5 KG (About 12 LB)
. Have some sort of a Beach body by 2016
I have been decided to use my fitness pal to keep track of my food in take and in the hope of finding friends with similar Goals.
I will also be weighing in on a weekly basis and updating on a daily basis.

12.06.14: 117.4 KG (258 LB)
Goal Weight Loss: 100 KG (220 LB)
After Muscle Gain Total Goal Wight Loss 95 KG (209 LB).
