4 week progress pictures just because.

I was feeling sort of down this morning. My scale went up half a pound, but I know that means nothing really. Here is almost a month of progress, (I feel like the before picture I was lower than 192... But I can't remember.

Thank you all weight lifting, I'm telling you. It will change your life. I go 2-3x a week, only 10 minutes of cardio split for warmup/Cooldown and I only do 2 sets on each machine (11-12 exercises) I do them very slowly at the highest weight tolerable minus 20%. 4-1-3-1 is my cadence on most machines. I go to failure (the point you can't go anymore. Once I can do between 10-12 reps, I up the weight 5-20lbs. The second set is a breakdown to fully exhaust the muscles to failure again, and this weight is usually 30-50% less than the first weight. I go quickly from workout to workout to keep my heart rate up. It's excellent0
