Weekends Stink!!!

I'm new here and am aiming for a goal of 100lbs this year. I have a food plan I stick to during the week, I work out six days a week, but when the weekends come it's like this little evil monster comes out. I get busy and don't eat during the day, then have all my calories at night. I love to have a glass of wine, but that gives me the munchies and I inhale everything! So, I know the simple answer is to stick to my plan and don't drink wine. But, sometimes things don't go according to plan. I love food!! Can anyone relate?:ohwell:

    i am alwayss horrible on the weekends! it seems like all self control goes away!!

    Omg girl, I definitely feel the same way! I did sooo good last week and then the weekend..I felt like I blew it..but as long as you're back on track today a few glasses of wine on the weekend shouldn't hurt too much..I hope not anyways. Good luck! :)
