VEGANS SHOW YOURSELVES!
lol sorry I just really need help... Leading my child on a dr directed casein free diet and I need dairy free recipe suggestions! Id truly appreciate any help that could me offered she is starting a 4 day rotation 3 days on 1 day off but I d like to find really yummy stuff to make the ttransition easier for a cheese lover!. BTW she has aspergers and severe asthma. Thanks in advance

Somewhere I have a recipe for cheez sauce that tastes so much better than real cheese you wouldn't believe it! I make veggie enchillada with it all the time.
I'll post the recipe once I find it.
I too am trying to dairy free. My sinus/allergy doctor told me to do it a few years back. I did go vegan for several months and saw a considerable difference.
Any pointers are greatly appreciated for me as well! Looking forward to see what other people have to say!0 -
