As in, what is the proper form for a deadlift? Do you just pick it up off the ground and put it back down?

Google it, and select images......thats probably the best place to start as it would be hard to put in words some of the exercises that are talked about in here.

No, OP didn't ask a legit question. Check the OP's post history and you'll see multiple times that OP has said deadlifts aren't impressive and feels that he is able to pull 315 with no prior experience because he can move flower pots. That would suggest OP knows exactly what a deadlift is.

Whatever deadlift form moves the flower pot the fastest is the one I use.

    'A known troll'

Really? What is there some kind of official troll registry now or do you people just assume anybody who disagrees with you is a troll.

    It's called poster history.

I have over 500 posts, you read maybe 2 of them that got you all butt hurt so now you follow me around like flies on shiitt trying to dissuade people from answering an honest question.

You would have been better off using the Navy Seal Copypasta.

Honest question? Bollocks. You know what a deadlift is as you had a whole stupid thread about it and your prowess at basketball. Don't be a ****.

A deadlift is when there is a zombie standing on something you need, and you have to pick it up and move it before you can get your item. This is incredibly dangerous as one bite can leave you infected.
An undeadlift is the same thing, only with a vampire.
