Playing video games while exercising.

Every day I take a 30km run on my treadmill. While this is happening, I am often playing Mario Kart on my PSP. Do video games decrease the benefits of exercise? I am saying this because when I am playing on my games while exercising, I feel less tired. Does this mean I am burning less calories?

    ( actually I too play mario kart on a psp, but by running an emu. the OP categorically does NOT.)
