I don't understand..... I am really having a hard time losing anything. I work at a desk all day. I only eat maybe one meal a day and that is usually forcing myself to eat because I am hardly ever hungry. I walk on a treadmill atleast 3 x a week (kids and schedule don't always allow every day). I am currently taking ACE to try and boost my metabolism. (Even before that I was never hungry either). I don't drink sodas- usually water or Gatorade every once in awhile. When I try to eat several small meals a day I feel completely stuffed all the time. What do I need to do? I am 5'3 160 lbs (the biggest I have ever been) and I can't loose even 1 lb. I am soooooo very frustrated!

you are probable eating more than you think.
are you logging your food?
if so... you need to do it more accurately.0 -
Agree with above poster. How could you get to your heaviest weight if you feel stuffed eating small amounts all the time? Go to YouTube and watch an episode or two of "Secret Eaters". It might give you some idea of what to look for so you know how to fix it. Best of luck!0

Ditto to the above. you really have to track what your intake. giving estimates isnt really helping you. count, weigh, and measure.0

I have logged it. And the my fitness app told I have logged for a week now. Most days not even breaking 600 calories. The app told me I wasn't eating enough calories. I am serious when I say I hardly eat anything. Today I splurged and ate a sweet chile grilled chicken wrap from mcd and that's it. No gum not candy no nothing besides water.0

Open your diary for better help.
If u are consistently eating 600 per day you would most certainly be losing weight.0 -
If you aren't snacking (a bite of something here and a nibble of something there does add up) then I'd go to the doctor. because you might have some medical condition. But from the sounds of it you are eating without being mindful of what you are eating.0

this.
IF you were eating 600 calories per day you WOULD be losing weight fairly rapidly.
you MUST be eating more.
if you're 100% certain that you're not eating more than that... you need to go to the doctors asap.0 -
To have gained the weight, you are eating more than you think. Also you did not gain the weight in a week, why would you lose it that quickly? Weight fluctuates, mine by 4lbs, unless you know your range, there is no way to see a loss or gain unless it is large enough to come out of your range...unless you are really lucky with timing or consistent.
*Log EVERYTHING ie: cooking oil, condiments, drinks and just a bites....EVERYTHING
*Weigh Solids
*Measure liquids
*Exercise for fitness
(weight lifting is my recommendation)
*Be Honest with Yourself
*Measure yourself, take silly pictures and then enjoy your progress.

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal

If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
