So, this is my umpteenth time "starting over" "changing my lifestyle " blah blah blah.. So I figured if you do what you have always done, you will get what you always got. So I thought maybe I should try something new! I have never introduced myself on here. So my name is Amanda. I am twenty almost 21! I have always had a love hate relationship with food. I love it.. It hates me. Haha but seriously, in my whole life I have never been height, weight proportionate. I want to change and be healthy. I just got married on May 24 and I want my husband to have a smoking hot healthy wife. I want to be able to play with my nieces and nefew and not got winded. I want to live a long healthy life and I need to start now!

I'm also starting over again again again, so I know the feeling.
I'm trying instead of intense dieting to change my eating habits and just eat better and healthier, it might take longer, but I'm hoping to then be able to stick to it and keep the weight of.0 -
