Carb Cycling - Chris Powell- USERS HELP

Can someone just break it out for me? I have a list of the foods and I get the general idea, but how do you break it down? Like how many days low-high-cheat? What have been your experiences? I have ZERO time to order and read a book at this exact moment but would like to start ASAP!! Thanks in advance!!:flowerforyou:

    It depends on which plan you want to use. There is the easy, classic, turbo, and fit carb cycles. Below is a break down of each:

    Easy- day 1, 3 and 5 are low carb and days 2, 4, 6, 7 are high carb with reward meals
    Classic- Day 1,3,5 are LC and 2,4,6 are HC. Day 7 is reward day
    Turbo- Day 1,2,4, and 5 are LC and 3,6 are HC with day 7 as a reward day
    Fit- 1,2,4,5 are HC, 3,6 are LC and 7 is a reward day

    MorganDonor, did you start this? I"m on my second week of the program and studied the manual pretty carefully. I assume if you're doing it, you know the ropes pretty well by now!
