so many options out there.. Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, almonds/nuts, quest bars, chicken breast wraps, there are also chips that contain added protein, a can of tuna (has 20 g of protein you can make salad or a wrap with it) just to name a few, and you can always make a protein shake or add protein powder to food. I add it to my oatmeal and make cookies with protein powder included. The possibilities are endless0

Eggs is a good one. Peanut butter on crackers. I like greek yogurt and frozen blueberries with a couple crushed up almonds on top
There is even some research that chocolate milk may be of benefit0 -
I have subscribed to a guy who calls himself the Protein Chef which is completely true. He has a website where he posts TONS of recipes and how to make them that are high protein, low fat, and a range of carbs so I think you'd like it! His website is dhftns.com and you should check it out! His new Apple Cinnamon Protein French Toast sounds amazing0

Try using powdered egg whites in your smoothies or other foods like pancakes etc. I use original, no flavor or sugar added, so that I can add my choice of flavor and sweetner as needed.0
