Hello All,
I've been trying to incorporate more strength training into my workout but I have no clue where to start. I usually go to the gym and just look at what everyone else is doing. Are there any good apps out there that would tell me exactly what to do? I've also heard alot of people talk about bodybuilding.com. Thanks in advance for your help!

this is a program that a lot of beginners use and there is an app to help you keep track of reps etc.0 -
I use the JEFIT app on my phone (it's available for Android and iOS). It allows you to see lots of exercises for specific body parts. It also lets you track your progress.0

Not apps but Starting Strength, New Rules of Lifting, and Wendler 5/3/1 are all great books about lifting.
I track my lifts on Fitocracy. There is also an app for Stronglifts. I have Jefit too, but don't use it anymore.0 -
Thanks! I will look into these!0
