Just wanted to stop in and say hello. Hello!

I joined about two weeks ago on a recommendation from my daughter. I've used many online tracking sites, but I must say, this one rates high on the list.

My fitness goal is to reach my preferred goal weight of 160 or lower; and stay at goal indefinitely. I was near this goal several years ago, and began seeing two specialists for my mass production of kidney stone. Needless to say, one of them put me on a low oxalate diet, which resembles Atkins. I ballooned back up in weight. I went off the diet because of the weight gain, and just started eating healthier. My kidney specialist was in awe that my stone problem seems to have corrected itself with my new found healthy eating. I didn't have the heart to tell him that I was going against his colleagues diet plan.

I figure if I can lose 5 - 6 pounds a month, I should be at goal in time for swimsuit season :smile:
