Well, hello. I'm new to the site as part of a New Years resolution I intend to keep. Already I've notice that I haven't been that bad with what I choose to eat, it's more the quantity that seems to get me into trouble. The food diary has been great showing me where I'm going wrong already.
I'm looking forward to some good results this year. Add me if you like and I'll enjoy the journey with you.
