I'm on a diet and I'm supposed to eat oatmeal for breakfast. I tried it yesterday and hated it! I was curious if I could substitute kashi go lean for the oatmeal. If not, is there any way I can make the oatmeal more bearable?

Why would you eat something you don't like because "a diet" told you too? Find something you do like that has equivalent nutritional value (maybe that's the Kashi cereal) and have that.

    That's not a diet, that's restrictive eating.

EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT....... all that matters is... you are within your caloric or macro goals before you go to sleep at night.

Why eat food you hate in order to lose weight? Do you plan on choking down oatmeal for the rest of your life in order to maintain the weight loss?
