Wow!! I am doing 30 day shred and wish I had started with T25 now. You have an amazing transformation! So glad I just read your post!! I think when I finish I will try it.0

Here are my before (not so proud of those..lol) and half way pics. I just finished T25 Alpha phase and I started Beta today. I started at 167.6 lbs. 37.5% body fat. I now am 150.2 lbs. I've lost 17.4 lbs., 6% Body Fat, and 15.75 inches. I have a ways to go, but happy with the progress so far.

Absolutely Amazing!! I just started T25 this week! Are you doing any other exercise plan?? And are you following the food guide that came with the program?

Thanks so much. I am just sticking to 1200 calories a day, that's it. I even allow Sat. to be my cheat day. I don't follow the food guide. I wanted to make it a lifestyle change, and the guide doesn't really fit into my lifestyle. I had to find what works for me.0 -

Amazing progress I did t25 last fall and had some results and was thinking of doing another round I enjoyed the program. You have given me some inspiration to do another round and eat better this time around.0

You look amazing!! You should be sooo proud!! I tried this program monday and I could not keep up I kept moving but omg I was sweating and extremely short of breath (chronic asthmatic) I exercise almost every day so I thought I could do it but not sure if I'm ready I'm only 60 days in on mfp so any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated should I wait to do this or is it a normal reaction to the program?0

That's awesome congratulations! I did the first week of alpha - then on say 8 when I was doing the cardio day something in my back snapped and I've been unable to exercise since...like nothing! And that was just over a week ago - mega bummed, but totally my own fault for not concentrating hard enough Stay safe people!0
