Hi all I have a new baby girl 5weeks 3days and I'm looking for friends. I am breastfeeding and hope to start exercise tommorow x

    Hi I'm a mum of 2 boys eldest 4 this month and youngest 11 weeks old also breastfeeding. Did you know you can add breastfeeding to your calorie count get an extra 500'cals :) xx

    Thanks ladies. I can't find breastfeeding in the activity data base :( how many calories do you both aim for daily? I've set mine at 1600 x
