What kind of equipment do you have? This will make a difference in what advice you'll get.0

No Equipment? You Are Your Own Gym. Download the app. AMAZING program. Way better than anything you can get on DVD that is also 100% bodyweight based. And the app is only $3.00.0

I'll have to find a way to get it without having to invest money. I don't have an extra $3 :ohwell: I am looking into everyon'es advice though.0

Go look up some routines on Nerdfitness.com = they have some good bodyweight ones that don't need equipment - or if you do, he gives ideas on things to use around the house - milk jugs, suitcase, etc.
Also - Look up some of the 30 day challenges and make a routine, there are the "squat" "Plank" one they call the "little black dress" and probably a few others. Each one increases reps of some exercise everyday and increases them every day for 30 days. If you printed off a few of the calendars, you could probably create a pretty good routine too.
Good luck0 -
Lots of resources. Some good ones already mentioned.

There are a lot of great free videos on YouTube. I've heard great things about FitnessBlender, I personally did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred using You Tube and I think your 5 lb weights would come handy with that as well.0

This is pretty good. You don't need to buy the book, it just explains the concept and science behind the workout. It's all body weight exercises broken down into short HIIT interval routines. If you have an iPhone, Ipad, Android device, etc. the free app is really good. Otherwise you can just follow the routing via the website.

I liked this because it was a 3 day a week, less than 20 minute per session commitment. Easy to stick with (but a tough workout).
Good luck!!0 -
fitnessblender.com
