This is my H=U=G=E Problem, depression and now meds have caused me to balloon....:blushing:

This now day.2. for me to get my big butt :embarassed: out in my sneakers and off for a good walk!.

BOY its so difficult to stop the comfort eating though!:noway:

    I completely understand. I have been getting off of antidepressants, and that is making me soooo emotional. Over the weekend, I ate a bunch of sugary stuff to make myself feel better. Well, the sugar high lasted a bit, and then I started to feel sick. Now, I just let myself be with my emotions, and feel them, instead of trying to eat them away. It helps.

    An exercise is an amazing help. I feel much better on the days I go to the gym, or take my dog jogging at the dog park.

    It might help if you just clean out your whole kitchen all at once. Get rid of all the fattening sugary foods that are there so they won't tempt you. When you go to the grocery store, try taking a friend or family member with you to prevent you from buying what you know you will regret eating later. If you go for 21 days without having something like that, you will form that habit of choosing something else. You can do it!!!
