Hi everyone. Yesterday I started adding the prolessa duo to my breakfast shake. I would like to know if it can be added to both shakes. Also can anyone tell me if the formula 1 bottle will last for a month or will I need to order a second bottle for the month.

Prolessa Duo is designed to be used in one shake a day. Can it be added to both? sure. Should it - no. The canister of Formula 1 Healthy Meal contains 30 servings (2 scoops each). Since you are doing 2 shakes a day, it will last 2 weeks. Hope this helps.0

I started taking the formula 1 shake once a day and yesterday I moved to 2 shakes a day. Along with that I take a few other things. I would like some advice as to if everything that I am taking is fine or to much etc. I started Tuesday at 191 and am at 190 now. I take the following:
Formula 1
Formula 2 multivitamin
Formula 3 cell activator
protein powder
herbal tea
21 day cleanse
Cell u loss
Florafiber

Congratulations on the weight loss thus far! Excercise.....depending on your current fitness levels you might to begin with a walking regimen. There are many folks on this site who do far more intricate workouts with weights etc. Walking each night( three miles in 45 minutes), some simple stretching and excercises with gardening and housework are what make up my routine thus far.0

Thanks I dont do much of exercise and I work from so I have the time to start. I started walking around the neighborhood for a mile or so. I was thinking about joining a gym or getting maybe a treadmill etc.0

Walking is a great start. Gets you out in the fresh air and helps boost not only your metabolism but your mood as well.0
