I am standing right on the threshold good friends!

After reaching my initial goal of losing 25 lbs, I saw 200lbs was within reach and figured..what the hell!

Well, by about mid-week I should have busted that barrier as well.

With summer around the corner, my work schedule changes and I can amp up my cardio again. Really looking forward to taking this as far as I can, pretty pumped.

    Congrats. 200 pounds is a big one. I remember how good I felt when those numbers read 199.9.
