Since I run a BMX jump park, I tend to do allot of digging holes/Wheelbarrowing dirt around.

Any rough estimates on the amount of calories burnt?

If this is regular daily activity (ie: your job) for you I would enter it on my account as activity level, you obviously aren't sedentary so pick the activity level that fits. There are examples for each level.

I'd just put it in as yard work or gardening. And since you do it constantly underestimate it or you'll get a false increase in calories.
  • I wish it was a Job!! its a hobby I have, and I do it 3-4 times a week

100 calories per 10 minutes tops I would say. I used that as a guide 30 minutes of jogging is about 300 calories on average. Consistently accounting for it is the key, not being too perfect. I think that will get you close enough for any moderate activity. Higher of course for higher intensity stuff like soccer, lower for low intensity stuff....like gardening.
