Am I considered Sedentary or Lightly Active?

On Mondays through Fridays, I go to the gym for about 45 minutes and either go on the elliptical or stationary bike the whole time. Then, I walk back home (which takes about an hour). On Saturdays and Sundays, I run for about 30 minutes. Also, next week I'll be starting to take Zumba classes for about 45 minutes. I'm not going to go to the gym during that time or run on the weekends. Would you say I'm sedentary or lightly active? This really is the only exercising I'm doing, and right now I'm eating about 1200 calories (5'5" 129 lbs) but I'm always hungry. Should I consider myself lightly active and bump up my calories?

from what i understand about how it's mentioned on the settings thing, activity type is dependent on how much you do BEFORE you add in any out-of-the-way exercise. for example, for my job i'm in an office all day. so i would consider myself sedentary, even though i try to do an hour of exercise every day after work.
i found myself in the same situation - 5'4 138lbs and went down to 1200 calories and i was hungry ALL the time for like 2 weeks straight. i started changing my meals, eating greek yogurt with cereal instead of milk, etc, and attempting to get in some extra units of protein a day. it really helped. try to up your protein and fiber. i was eating 45g before but now i'm up to 70g and i'm not nearly as hungry as i used to be.0 -
You are an active exerciser, but this is asking for how you spend the remaining hours of your day., The other post is correct, I believe it looking for how you spend the remainder of your days ,i.e. working at a desk, computer, on the phone, or in a car driving. Those are sedentary jobs. Look at it as a 24 hour day.
May I suggest adding some strength training to your all cardio workouts? You want to maintain your lean muscle mass and you can only do that with strength training. Begin with 2 times weekly and increase to 30 -
