Lifting really is the answer.....

For me anyway. I couldn't lift for a few weeks because of a surgery that I had. So I did really low carb & 2 a day cardio sessions thinking I would get off some extra fat & look amazing. Well, wrong. I lost maybe 3 pounds & I actually have less definition in my body now, than when I was lifting heavy 5 days a week. I just starting lifting again today & incorporating more carbs back into my diet & it feels amazing! Can't wait to see my progress over the next few months.

Lifting heavy is a win win situation.
If you're in a deficit it's stops muscle loss.
If you're in an excess it builds muscle.
The trick is never going outside the 15% over or under window of your daily calorie needs.
It makes butts look amazing. A nice butt can get you surprisingly far in this life!0 -
