I have been wondering why MFP doesn't show any calories burned when you enter in resistance workouts. I know cardio burns a lot more calories than weight training but there are still plenty of calories being burned. Just wondering.

To get credit for the calories burned, you can enter it under cardio as "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)". Enter the number of minutes and calories burned, just as you do when entering other cardio activities.0

ohh I see. I just figured since it had its own category it wouldn't be under the cardio too. Thanks0
