Hello - 1st week down

Hi all,

First 7 days successfully completed and have managed to loose around 3-4 pounds so far which isn't to bad!! Loving the food tracker app, makes life easier!

I would love it if anyone has any healthy/easier lunchtime recopies they could share? I am currently having a nice mixed homemade salad with a pitta bread and humous dip but need to change as getting a bit bored!

  • Hi Tom,
    If you like spinach, I buy the big box of it from Sams club and throw a bunch in olive oil and sautee it down a bit and add, a touch of scrambled eggs, and a touch of cheese and have a quesadilla dipped in salsa.

    Well done on your first week! I often take quick oatmeal/porridge into work, a few mins in the microwave and I feel full all afternoon.
