    I actually liked using the treadmill most. I don't have enough distance to run in my house, and wouldn't want to sprint in the streets.

    I by pass the 'gym' section and only use the pool or go to classes. I do go to aqua fit 3 times a week. I have painful joints do this suits me. However I have a big tum so what gym exercise would be good for that?

    I took a liking to squats and dead lifts from day one, carrying around an extra 60 of body fat left me with some pretty power legs.

    Spin class for me. I never seem to work as hard in the gym as i do in spinning. Absolutely love it and love my 'drowned rat' look it gives me when i'm finished!
