    I'm new here but I'm a former Marine and an exercise rat. Every day without fail. If you need motivation or a drill instructor to scream at you to keep pedaling or put your fork down I'll be happy to. I'm on my exercise bike as I type this, ha ha.

    I was about to post something really welcoming and motivating but I'm simultaneously not sure if sers and overwhelmed at all the maturity in here. Mostly b/c I was recently called "immature" by someone and thought I might take a lesson, but apparently, no.

    I've found in the past that being friends with motivating, hot, inspiring, hot, hardworking, hot chicks has helped me stay focused
